IT Audit, Cybersecurity & Risk Manager (SOC Focus)

Location: Frisco, Texas, United States; hybrid work indicated by #LI-hybrid.

Salary: $105,000–$191,500 per year.

What you will do

• Work with client executives and management to identify and manage financial, operational, information technology, and cybersecurity risks.
• Assess IT strategy and governance, IT operations, business continuity, disaster recovery, third-party risk, ITGCs, application controls, SOC reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop audit programs, execute internal audits and IT control assessments, review controls against industry frameworks, and identify design and execution gaps.
• Recommend process and control improvements, support implementation, and prepare executive summaries, final reports, and engagement workpapers.
• Build client relationships, deliver presentations, manage engagement staffing and billings, and support profitability targets.
• Develop team members, contribute to business development, and participate in professional learning programs.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• Five years of experience.
• Tier 1 or Tier 2 certification.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in management or computer information systems, computer science, accounting information systems, computer engineering, industrial engineering, or a related program.
• CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, or CPA certification.
• Five or more years of IT audit or cybersecurity experience, with SOC and SOX audit experience preferred.
• Experience serving clients at a consulting firm.
