What you will do

• Perform routine laboratory activities, including sample preparation, housekeeping, and safety and cleanliness checks for sensory panel testing.
• Prepare flavor references and samples according to instructions for sensory evaluations.
• Conduct basic sensory tests, tabulate data, perform simple analysis, and report results using in-house statistical tools.
• Coordinate sensory test appointments with internal panelists and manage incoming market products and prototypes for tasting and evaluation.
• Prepare internal bench-top tastings in sensory meeting rooms and laboratories.
• Assist with market and consumer trend research for product or flavor categories across Southeast Asia using internal tools.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Data Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Meticulous approach and strong attention to detail.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel for data collation and analysis and PowerPoint for data presentation.
