AnT1 Trainee, DS (Biotech)

Location: Singapore, Tuas; fully site-based at Science Park Facility

What you will do

• Support the Lab Services team across cell culture development, purification development, and analytical services for recombinant protein therapeutics.
• Perform daily equipment verification, media and buffer preparation, goods receiving, and related activities under the guidance of supervisors and senior staff.
• Document results according to hirify.global policies and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Provide general laboratory support, including housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support operational efficiency while adhering to EHS rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant Science field or equivalent.
• Understanding of the theory and application of mammalian cell culture for protein production, purification, and analysis.
• Understanding of cGMP regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interest in automation and laboratory analytics activities.
