Senior Client Service Manager (Advertising)

What you will do

• Manage and cultivate multiple VIP and high-spend client relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Ad Operations on client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing campaign management.
• Prepare and deliver detailed client reporting with actionable insights.
• Manage multiple complex campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead client-facing calls and collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior Client Service Managers while staying current on advertising trends.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in client service or account management within an advertising agency.
• Proven experience managing and growing client accounts.
• Strong understanding of advertising industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
