Deputy Head of Modern Infrastructure Transformation Office (AI)

Location: Solna, Göteborg, Karlskrona, Linköping, Malmö or Stockholm, Sweden. Alternative locations may be possible. Some travel is required to meet teams and business stakeholders.

What you will do

• Lead the Transformation Office and develop its people, capabilities, governance and ways of working.
• Support the Head of Modern Infrastructure with strategic direction, prioritization, execution and delegated responsibilities.
• Lead transformation portfolios, roadmaps, dependencies and strategic initiatives with Area Managers.
• Manage vendors, supplier commitments, performance follow-up and improvement actions.
• Lead financial planning, Opex and Capex forecasting, purchasing and hybrid infrastructure FinOps.
• Establish performance management and shared reviews to improve service reliability, cost efficiency and transformation outcomes.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership, talent development and senior stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of modern infrastructure services, cloud technologies and IT operations in large, complex organizations, including AI and automation opportunities.
• Experience leading a transformation office, strategic programs or cross-functional change in large, complex and global IT organizations.
• Experience translating strategy into prioritized roadmaps, organizational development and adopted changes with measurable benefits.
• Experience in vendor management, including supplier relationships, delivery commitments and performance follow-up.
• Experience establishing performance measures and management reviews that improve services, cost efficiency and business value.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to pass security vetting under current security-protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply to positions requiring security clearance.
