Head of IT Digital Transformation Office

Location: Solna, Göteborg, Jönköping, Karlskrona, Linköping, Malmö or Stockholm, Sweden. Alternative locations may be possible. The role requires travel to meet teams and stakeholders.

What you will do

• Lead, develop and engage employees and leaders within the IT Digital Transformation Office.
• Drive strategic transformation programmes and projects across hirify.global in partnership with business and technology owners.
• Lead the shared PMO capability and establish common practices for delivery follow-up, reporting and benefits realisation.
• Manage dependencies, risks and issues across programmes and projects, escalating decisions when required.
• Provide senior management with a consolidated view of progress, risks, dependencies and required decisions.
• Align transformation delivery with enterprise architecture, governance and security requirements while strengthening change management practices.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale, technology-enabled transformation in complex organisations.
• Strong track record of delivering strategic programmes and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading or developing PMO, programme and project delivery capabilities.
• Strong understanding of programme, project and portfolio execution, delivery assurance, dependency management and benefits realisation.
• Experience bringing together business, architecture and delivery teams to execute complex change.
• Experience advising and influencing senior leaders, managing stakeholders and communicating effectively in complex organisations.
• Experience driving large-scale transformation, strategic change or organisational development initiatives, including experience in large, complex and global organisations.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
