Product Manager, Trust, Risk & Platform (Crypto)

What you will do

• Develop and improve account security, account lifecycle, and customer trust capabilities.
• Manage third-party risk platforms, including platform configuration, risk rules, vendor integrations, testing, and operational workflows.
• Develop shared platforms, internal tools, and integrations for customer and asset reporting and business or regulatory requirements.
• Automate manual processes, streamline case management and investigations, strengthen operational controls, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Customer Experience, and Operations to deliver scalable product solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, payments, or other regulated technology environments.
• Experience with fraud prevention or risk management products, including risk platforms, rules, and operational workflows.
• Experience with account management, risk, and compliance requirements in financial services or digital asset platforms.
• Experience developing platform products, internal operational tools, or workflow automation solutions with third-party platforms and vendors.
• Strong technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into product specifications and data-driven improvements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to independently drive initiatives and navigate competing priorities.

• Experience with SQL, analytics tools, or risk management platforms.
