  • Run multiple programs and coordinate architectural decisions across hardware, software, GNC, propulsion, and mission assurance.

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned U.S. Government national security customers and support proposals and technical narratives with Business Development and Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in physics, mathematics, science, or another technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in the aerospace or space industry, including 5+ years of technical program management experience.
  • Depth in at least one area: prototype-to-flight transition; EO/IR and optical payloads; production engineering; manufacturing risk reduction; or advanced sensing and communications such as RADAR, SAR, or advanced communication architectures.
  • Experience identifying and neutralizing technical, schedule, or supply-chain risks before they affect the mission.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • For US office roles, eligibility under ITAR requirements is required: U.S. citizenship, lawful U.S. permanent residence, qualifying refugee or asylum status, or eligibility to obtain the required authorizations.

Nice to have

  • Experience transitioning low-volume prototypes into responsive production while maintaining mission reliability.
  • Deep National Security Space experience and familiarity with time-critical mission sets.
  • Success negotiating, capturing, and executing large U.S. Government contracts.
  • Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Systems engineering fluency, including trade studies, interface control, and requirement integrity, plus experience with Jira, Confluence, and ERP.

Culture & Benefits

  • Fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on innovation, teamwork, tight deadlines, and solving difficult technical problems.
  • Company stock, Employee Stock Purchase Program with a 15% discount, and competitive total compensation.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage; HSA contribution; paid vacation, sick time, holidays, parental leave, disability and life insurance; and 401(k) matching.
  • Additional benefits include subsidized EV charging, fitness centers where available, gym discounts, snacks and beverages, and employee discounts.
