Senior Adobe Multi-Solution Architect (MSA)

What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise digital marketing solutions across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Audit digital ecosystems and recommend improvements across personalization, customer data, content, and marketing automation.
• Develop solution architectures, technical documentation, governance frameworks, and multi-year digital roadmaps.
• Lead solution estimation, scoping, resource planning, timelines, and pre-sales technical engagements.
• Build proofs of concept, integrations, and production solutions using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.
• Use AI tools to build agents, workflows, and automation while driving testing, performance, engineering excellence, mentoring, and technical thought leadership.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of engineering experience, including enterprise architecture and digital transformation.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing or managing three or more Adobe Experience Cloud products, with deep expertise across multiple solutions.
• At least 4 years of experience architecting complex, multi-channel digital marketing solutions for enterprise clients.
• Adobe Multi-Solution Architect certification or another relevant Adobe certification.
• Strong hands-on development skills in TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java, including APIs, enterprise data platforms, and headless CMS solutions.
• Experience with solution architecture, system design, pre-sales, project estimation, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in the U.S. and Europe, leading global delivery programs, and collaborating across distributed teams.
• Mandatory AI engineering expertise, including hands-on use of Claude Code, Cursor, V0, or equivalent tools, plus experience building AI agents, orchestrated workflows, and automation.
• Strong commercial, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, including mentoring engineers and driving AI-native development practices.
