What you will do

• Build and evolve core infrastructure and observability platforms for the IT CorpEng Infrastructure team.
• Develop production-grade AWS infrastructure using Terraform or Pulumi, optimizing for cost, security, scalability, and availability.
• Deploy, manage, and scale secure, reliable, and resource-efficient Kubernetes workloads.
• Build and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, including cloud-hosted and self-hosted runners.
• Implement observable-by-default standards with logging, metrics, and tracing configured for internal applications.
• Develop internal CLI tools, AI-assisted workflows, automation scripts, operational playbooks, and failure-triage guides while collaborating with Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience and strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and tooling.
• Solid working knowledge of Terraform, including modules and state management, or Pulumi.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting production workloads in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker fundamentals.
• Practical experience designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar modern CI/CD tools.
• Practical understanding of logging, metrics, and tracing, with hands-on experience integrating tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Ability to own end-to-end tasks with guidance from Tech Leads and break broader technical goals into actionable solutions.
