Brand Designer (AI)

Location: New York, NY, United States; on-site

Annual salary: $300,000–$400,000 USD, depending on background, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Develop visual ideas and evolve the brand across websites, launches, publications, physical objects, and other real projects.
• Design, build, and improve the website using code to create thoughtful digital experiences.
• Create reusable tools and systems, including artwork generators, data-driven charts, and publishing components.
• Collaborate with illustrators, animators, and graphic designers to integrate contributions into finished projects.
• Support production and work closely with designers, engineers, and researchers from exploration through completion.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating original ideas, strong visual design fundamentals, and careful execution across different formats.
• Technical ability to build and ship digital work with attention to accessibility, interaction details, and quality.
• Initiative and clear communication, including shaping open briefs, sharing work early, seeking feedback, and carrying projects through completion.
• Established agentic workflow, enthusiasm for new technology, and curiosity about creating personal tools.
• Ability to direct, evaluate, and refine work produced by agents.
