Senior Product Manager - Technical, Translation Services

Location: Seattle, WA, United States; onsite role.

Base salary: $151,200–$204,600 annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.

hirify.global's Translation Services team builds end-to-end translation technology supporting the localization and translation needs of hirify.global businesses worldwide.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution of a product charter within Translation Services.
• Define product vision, roadmap, feature requirements, user stories, and release notes.
• Partner with content owners, localization program managers, translators, software development teams, Science teams, and UX Design partners to identify problems and build features.
• Assess product entitlement and ROI, manage prioritization and tradeoffs, and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Set up and analyze experiments and measure feature success against stakeholder and customer needs.
• Present product vision and progress to senior executives while maintaining detailed understanding of customer experience, product requirements, and success metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience delivering product features and managing product tradeoffs.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions about technology decisions and product strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for diverse critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Nice to have

• Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or QuickSight.
• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
