Sr Imaging Specialist (Quality Assurance)

Location: Wilmington, OH, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $28.85–$36.74 per hour.

What you will do

• Create custom master images tailored to client specifications.
• Write Work Instruction Documents to support consistent deployment practices.
• Test imaging deliverables and ensure adherence to quality measures.
• Lead daily team operations, provide direction and resource support, and mentor Imaging Specialists.
• Identify process-improvement opportunities and contribute to workflow enhancements.
• Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Solution Architects to deliver error-free work on time.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and the ability to design and build images based on customer requirements.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to absorb and apply newly learned technical skills.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell and data-capture techniques.
• Advanced configuration skills and the ability to support customers with high-quality IT solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. is required.
