Software Development Engineer in Test (Python/Selenium)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid work environment.

Base salary: $117,485–$156,318 per year for new hires; full range $117,485–$211,605 per year.

What you will do

• Build and enhance an automation framework focused on quality for existing and new product development.
• Develop and maintain automated Python and Selenium tests for the consent management platform and related services.
• Design test strategies and lead implementation for technically challenging products across the development lifecycle.
• Build internal quality tools and execute, document, troubleshoot, and report automated and manual tests.
• Improve software testing methodology and promote shift-left quality practices in collaboration with engineering, DevOps, InfoSec, Legal, Privacy, Data Governance, Marketing Technology, Product, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant professional experience or demonstrated equivalent expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or demonstrated equivalent applicable experience.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience with continuous testing and delivery practices.
• Experience with test frameworks including Selenium, NUnit, xUnit, and pytest.
