Senior Customer Support Engineer

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $132,000–$155,000 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support and diagnose complex customer issues.
• Own customer issues from initial contact through resolution in line with service level agreements.
• Develop deep product and service knowledge to deliver accurate support.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and internal process documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on product defects and improvements based on customer feedback.
• Mentor junior support engineers and promote knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and challenges in an evolving environment.
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, Pandas, notebooks, and Git/GitHub; foundational DevOps understanding is a plus.
• AI prompting certificate or AI prompting experience.
• Desire to teach, train, and mentor others.
• Experience in Advertising, Marketing, MarTech, or AdTech.
• Familiarity with data clean room environments.
