Creative Strategist

What you will do

• Own the creative process from research, angles, and hooks through scripting, editing, and final launch-ready ads.
• Develop at least 10 creative batches per week, with the opportunity to increase volume based on performance.
• Coordinate creators and editors throughout creative production.
• Use performance data to improve advertising concepts and output each week.

Requirements

• Strong creative strategy and direct-response marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to identify effective hooks, angles, storytelling approaches, and advertising performance opportunities.
• High-quality editing skills and fast execution.
• Ability to take full ownership from research through delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with creative analytics platforms such as Motion, Foreplay, or Minea.
• Background in direct response or performance creative.
• Experience building a creative learnings database or wiki.
• Portfolio of ads or content concepted by you that produced measurable results.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer brands in the beauty, wellness, or home sectors.
