Head of Creative and Creative Producer (AI)

We're hiring a Head of Creative and a Creative Producer at Kodland! 🚀
Our team produces 1,000+ performance creatives a month across 20+ markets, with $10M+ in annual media spend behind them. We’re looking for two people to help us grow it:

𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 — to lead and develop the team, scale creative production, introduce AI-driven workflows, and build a stronger connection between creative strategy and campaign performance.
𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐞𝐫 — to research new concepts and hooks, turn insights into high-performing static and video creatives, and drive experimentation across Meta and Google campaigns.
