What you will do

• Investigate structural performance issues, failures, and damage caused by storms, impacts, construction defects, or material degradation.
• Conduct structural analyses and diagnostic evaluations of damaged or distressed structures.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and visual documentation for legal and technical audiences.
• Participate in site inspections, field investigations, and evidence collection.
• Support technical investigations, expert reporting, litigation support, and remediation design.
• Develop technical and communication skills in a collaborative, multidisciplinary forensic practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• Familiarity with forensic investigation techniques and structural analysis tools such as SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, RISA-3D, PCA software, Revit, or AutoCAD.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Genuine eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow through feedback.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to apply fundamental engineering concepts and carefully check work.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
