Senior Industrial Controller (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to North American Operations, Business Teams, and Plant Controlling for the Digital Solutions business.
• Analyze manufacturing performance, industrial variances, operational metrics, profitability risks, productivity, and efficiency opportunities.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, monthly closing support, and reporting for manufacturing operations.
• Lead standard-cost roll processes, maintain product cost standards, analyze cost movements, and standardize industrial controlling practices.
• Own the North American CAPEX process, including investment analysis, business cases, approvals, project spending, and performance tracking.
• Maintain internal controls, support audits, contribute to SAP and ERP implementations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, controlling, or manufacturing finance, including at least 5 years in plant controlling or manufacturing finance.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and standard costing.
• Experience with capital expenditure management and investment analysis.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions across all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with SAP and manufacturing reporting systems.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives.
