Manufacturing Planner, Integration (Aerospace)

Location: Long Beach, California, United States; onsite position.

Salary: $67,000–$108,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production schedules, demand forecasts, resource plans, and capacity analyses.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of manufacturing materials and components.
• Monitor inventory, production progress, release dates, and schedule deviations; take corrective action to maintain on-time delivery.
• Identify capacity constraints, bottlenecks, process improvements, and opportunities to reduce lead times and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve issues and align production plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or operations management.
• Willingness to work late and weekends as needed to support critical milestones.

Nice to have

• Excellent communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Working knowledge of database query and visualization software such as SQL and Tableau.
• Understanding of quality management in aerospace manufacturing.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning systems and manufacturing execution systems.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and openness to new technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
