Jr ISR Tactical Controllers

Location: El Paso, Texas, US; Fort Bliss. Full-time onsite role with night and/or weekend shifts required as part of a 24-hour operations center.

What you will do

• Dynamically task, control, and optimize multi-domain ISR sensors across complex land and maritime environments.
• Execute cross-cueing and dynamic re-tasking of aerial, ground, and maritime assets based on Priority Intelligence Requirements and time-sensitive targets.
• Assist with operations center reporting, operational summaries, storyboards, images, and video capture.
• Present findings, options, and recommendations to decision makers through cross-organizational coordination and engagements.
• Cover shifts outside normal business hours as required by the contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a college or university; an alternative combination of educational, professional, and/or technical experience may substitute for the degree.
• ISR Tactical Controller Graduate qualification, service agnostic.
• At least 2 years of experience and capabilities related to specific duty positions or focus areas.
• At least 2 years of experience in a military setting managing multiple tasks associated with ISR Tactical Controller duties.
• Experience controlling multiple ISR assets within CCMD airspace.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to work night and/or weekend shifts.

Nice to have

• Graduation from an ISR Tactical Control course within the past five years.
