Intelligence Analyst 1 (Top Secret)

What you will do

• Support a government contract within the Intel/National Security department.
• Evaluate incoming reports and information using sound judgment and decision-making.
• Identify relevant data sources to clarify or corroborate investigative and operational intelligence initiatives.
• Access classified and open-source databases and research designated systems.
• Identify, download, analyze, and interpret information of interest, then edit it into formats specified by the EVC SOP.
• Document actions taken and explain how recommendations were derived.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of hands-on experience performing administrative, analytical, and research functions.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed procedures in a repetitive process with tenacity and patience.
• Professional demeanor in all circumstances.
• Oral communication and interpersonal skills for working within a team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and not share work information outside the assigned EVC Unit and its partners during and after employment.
• Written communication skills sufficient to explain actions taken and how recommendations were derived.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Chrome, multiple browser windows, and copying and pasting between applications.
• Ability to evaluate, access, analyze, interpret, and research information in designated systems and databases.
