Lead Associate - Wealth Management / Premier Brokerage

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States; applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer. Must be available to work between 7am and 7pm; reliable wired high-speed internet and a suitable home workspace are required.

Base salary: $65,600.00-$92,675.00 per year.

What you will do

• Handle complex escalated participant and client calls, research account issues, coordinate resolutions, and make outbound calls as needed.
• Partner with Supervisory Managers to resolve exceptions, service requests, and issues requiring timely follow-up.
• Monitor calls, identify trends in quality concerns and daily statistics, and recommend training or process improvements.
• Complete Best Interest Profile supervisory reviews, serve as a Principal reviewer, and perform fraud verification for qualifying distributions.
• Coach, mentor, cross-train, and develop associates on wealth management conversations, cross-selling, tax-exempt strategies, and service excellence.
• Create job aids, training manuals, new-hire and product-training resources in partnership with management and the EPW training team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial services.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and 24 registrations are required; FINRA fingerprinting is required.
• Five years of wealth management experience, including brokerage trading and trade approval.
• Demonstrated ability to handle escalated client issues effectively and resolve complex problems.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management and tax-exempt sales strategies.
• Ability to coach, train, mentor associates, and develop job-related resources.
• Dependability and good judgment.
