What you will do

• Research potential speakers, their recent announcements, business needs, and the technology and business ecosystem.
• Develop persuasive, bespoke outreach and maintain long-running discussions with prospective speakers.
• Build relationships with speakers, gatekeepers, and relevant professional networks.
• Propose session concepts, titles, and narrative angles.
• Manage speaker data, confirmation statuses, scheduling requirements, briefings, and meeting preparation.
• Identify ways to use AI and other technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Drive, hard work, and relentless determination to achieve goals.
• Persistence and the ability to find new approaches when facing rejection.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as PR, talent agencies, journalism, events, TV, radio, or high-end hospitality.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate professionally, persuasively, and succinctly.
• Grounded understanding of the technology and business ecosystem, including its key players, dynamics, and relationship-building approaches.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, ask questions, and develop skills quickly.
• High social intelligence and the ability to work effectively with people under intense pressure.
