What you will do
- Develop and produce high-quality, social-first content for Red Bull Ireland’s athletes, creators, events, products, and brand projects.
- Create platform-specific concepts, scripts, hooks, and content recommendations.
- Lead productions end to end, including shoots, talent briefings, locations, equipment, production partners, and delivery.
- Shoot, direct, and edit content for smaller productions, events, and fast-turnaround opportunities.
- Track content performance with the Programming Manager and apply audience and channel insights to future work.
- Lead YouTube growth projects for athletes in collaboration with external partners.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in social content or video production, supported by a strong portfolio of social-first work.
- Strong creative judgment and understanding of social storytelling, platform behavior, and emerging formats.
- Excellent shooting and video editing skills.
- Experience briefing and managing external production partners, freelancers, and talent.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple productions in a fast-paced environment.
- Affinity with Irish sport and culture, willingness to work occasional weekends and anti-social hours, and a full clean driving licence.
