What you will do

• Collect, research, select, organise, index, enhance, and distribute photos, images, videos, audio files, and other multimedia resources.
• Produce and post-produce audiovisual content, including photo retouching, copyright integration, footage cutting, and video editing for final delivery.
• Manage and improve the multimedia library and database, including audits, reporting, workflow specifications, and tool adaptation.
• Apply image-rights and legal-management policies and coordinate commercial image usage.
• Support the audiovisual communication-platform centre of competence through process documentation, virtual training, user advice, and guidance on MAM/DAM processes and tool selection.
• Coach teams and suppliers during audiovisual-content implementation phases and act as a contact point for library and platform questions.

Requirements

• Librarian expertise, including ordering items by date, name, or alphabet, gathering information, and writing specifications.
• Audiovisual experience with images, photos, videos, and infographics.
• Ability to think analytically and develop new or revised systems, procedures, and workflows.
• Experience with Google Environment tools, including Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
• Structured, resilient, and proactive approach to work.
• Effective communication and project-management skills, customer orientation, multicultural experience, innovative thinking, and ability to work as a team player.
• Fluent English required.
