AI & Workload IAM Manager

Location: Dallas, TX or Peoria, IL; 5 days onsite. Relocation assistance is available. Sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $147,760.00–$221,640.00 per year.

What you will do

• Lead strategy and governance for AI, workload, and non-human identities.
• Drive enterprise programs for Privileged Access Management, Identity Security Posture Management, and machine credential governance.
• Establish standards for authentication, authorization, secrets, certificates, and machine-to-machine trust.
• Define governance for AI agents, delegated authority, autonomous workflows, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Partner with engineering, application, infrastructure, cloud, architecture, and cybersecurity teams to modernize identity controls and reduce long-lived credentials.
• Build and lead a high-performing technical team while monitoring identity threats, technology trends, and industry practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Leadership experience in IAM, security engineering, cloud security, platform security, or enterprise cybersecurity.
• Strong expertise in non-human identities, workload identities, privileged access, machine credentials, and identity governance.
• Experience with PAM, PKI, secrets management, certificate lifecycle management, and identity security controls.
• Understanding of OAuth, OpenID Connect, API security, and policy-based access controls.
• Experience developing security standards, governance frameworks, and risk management programs in large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of identity-based threats, credential abuse, privilege escalation, and identity attack paths.
• Ability to influence technical strategy and partner across engineering, architecture, and cybersecurity organizations.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing technical teams.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent industry certification.
• Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, HashiCorp Vault, or similar platforms.
• Experience with ISPM, ITDR, or identity risk management capabilities.
• Experience securing AI agents, agentic workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled business solutions.
• Familiarity with emerging NHI, AI identity security, and machine identity security platforms.
• Experience implementing non-human identity discovery and governance, service account lifecycle management, secrets and certificate governance, automated credential rotation, AI agent authorization, and identity attack-path reduction.
