What you will do

• Manage a team of engineers, ensuring they work on the right problems.
• Lead and coordinate the team, working with a Product Manager in an agile environment.
• Enable scalability and innovations within the team.
• Continuously review technical and business needs to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Drive and participate in product and tech management initiatives.
• Inspire, coach, and support the team and colleagues, fostering a learning culture.

Requirements

• Have a relevant academic degree in software engineering or equivalent.
• Have experience working with a tech team in a high-paced environment.
• Have technical understanding and a quality mindset.
• Have experience working with high availability and high transactional systems.
• Have excellent communication skills and networking capabilities.
• Have experience working in an organization using an empowered team model.
• English: Fluent is required; other languages are a bonus.
