What you will do

• Deliver AI use cases end to end, from scoping and prototyping through deployment and adoption.
• Build and deploy AI-powered applications and agents using VS Code, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, and low-/no-code platforms.
• Design AI-assisted rapid application builds and enable business users to adopt AI tools effectively.
• Translate business requirements, workflows, and opportunities into practical AI-enabled solutions, involving technical teams when deeper engineering support is needed.
• Identify reusable patterns, components, and best practices across projects and support cross-domain AI initiatives.
• Bridge technical and non-technical audiences through stakeholder engagement and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, low-code/no-code platforms, or similar technologies.
• Practical experience in prompt engineering, AI-assisted development, or rapid application prototyping, with the ability to translate business needs into working digital or AI solutions.
• Adaptability and comfort working across multiple business domains, including Sales, Engineering, S&OP, Manufacturing, Project Management, Field Service, Finance, or Procurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset focused on action, experimentation, and iterative delivery.

Nice to have

• PhD.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
