Senior Scientific Analyst (Cheminformatics AI/ML)

What you will do

• Build and maintain efficient search and analytics across large chemical databases and datasets, including data ingestion, indexing, similarity analysis, and high-performance search.
• Develop and apply agentic AI solutions for drug and pipeline analytics.
• Design autonomous and human-in-the-loop workflows integrating scientific literature, data analysis, and computational tools.
• Track emerging computational chemistry and machine learning trends relevant to pharmaceutical development and market analytics.
• Communicate and collaborate with technical leaders on complex expert-level projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in chemistry, computational chemistry, cheminformatics, or a related scientific or technical field is required; a Ph.D. is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting is preferred.
• Strong expertise in cheminformatics toolkits.
• Experience managing and searching large chemical databases and datasets using scalable data engineering and high-performance search technologies.
• Experience applying machine learning and developing agentic AI systems for drug and pharmaceutical analysis.
• Adequate knowledge of the pharmaceutical and CRDMO industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary groups.
