Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Fully remote in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or Estonia; office option available in Riga, Latvia.

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, behaviors, and challenges through customer research, product analytics, and continuous exploration.
• Identify and frame customer problems and opportunities, and partner with Product and Engineering on product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Design intuitive, effective, and cohesive end-to-end customer journeys across complex product experiences.
• Drive solutions from discovery through delivery, validate approaches, define success criteria, and evaluate outcomes using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Identify usability gaps, friction, and inconsistencies in existing journeys and advocate for experience improvements.
• Deliver high-quality design work, contribute to design systems, explore new tools and technologies including AI, and support design-team learning through knowledge sharing and feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problems, design decisions, and measurable impact.
• Strong product thinking and business understanding, including the ability to proactively identify customer problems and opportunities.
• Proven ability to own and design intuitive, cohesive end-to-end experiences across complex product journeys.
• Strong user research and analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform and validate design decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence product decisions.
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools for exploration, prototyping, and problem-solving.
