Project Coordinator (AI Think Tank Initiative) - inVision

What you will do

• Coordinate five research tracks covering occupation mapping, AI substitution risks, national statistics, expert scenario modeling, academic validation, and AI agent deployment.
• Engage the Expert Advisory Board, government ministries, academic institutions, NGOs, economists, political scientists, and other stakeholders.
• Organize analytical deliverables, including a White Paper, roundtables, workshops, public awareness campaigns, and PR/GR initiatives.
• Support HR-platform projects and the development of preventive qualification services.
• Assist with a government decision-support dashboard for unemployment-risk monitoring and a mobile career navigator for citizens.
• Oversee a 1–2-sector pilot in Cyprus, integrate the predictive model into state structures, and prepare international expansion.

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating or managing multidisciplinary, product, or research projects in B2G, B2C, data analytics, or AI.
• Knowledge of labor market research methodologies, open data analysis, practical AI applications, and project documentation.
• Ability to communicate with government ministries, academic institutions, international organizations, and expert communities.
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage multiple parallel work streams.
• Structured approach to project management and documentation.
• Advanced English, C1.
