BS Middle/Senior Project Manager (FMCG)

Location: Remote in Ukraine

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product implementation projects from initiation and planning through deployment, go-live, stabilization, and transition to BAU operations.
• Manage medium- and high-complexity projects across scope, budget, schedule, quality, and SDLC phases.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, milestones, resource allocations, documentation, and status reports.
• Coordinate implementation teams, define priorities, track progress, and resolve delivery blockers.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Customer Support, development teams, clients, and internal stakeholders on transitions, customizations, and integrations.
• Monitor fixed-price project costs and resource utilization while managing risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation actions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience as a Project or Program Manager.
• Proven experience managing projects within FMCG or integration/product companies, covering both implementation and BAU phases.
• Strong theoretical and hands-on project management experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing fixed-price projects.
• Understanding of application development and software development lifecycle concepts.
• Ability to manage quickly changing priorities in multitasking and dynamic environments.
• Fast learning ability and strong presentation and communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English for communication with clients and teams.
• Ability to estimate and justify efforts to different stakeholders.
