What you will do

• Analyze, define, derive, and manage system and subsystem requirements, ensuring completeness, consistency, and verifiability while considering cost and verification impacts.
• Coordinate system architectures and technical interfaces, and assess design concepts against requirements, risks, costs, schedules, and reuse opportunities.
• Lead and support development activities and technical analyses demonstrating compliance with system requirements.
• Support system design reviews, verification planning, and preparation and management of system-level technical budgets.
• Prepare test specifications and support the definition, execution, and evaluation of verification and testing activities.
• Contribute to Launch, LEOP, and In-Orbit Test activities, change management, and implementation of approved design modifications and deviations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, Diploma, or PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• Extensive experience in the design, development, and system engineering of spacecraft, space equipment, and related subsystems.
• Proven expertise in at least one systems engineering domain: Mission Analysis, Spacecraft Operations, System Design, System Analysis, Interface Engineering, Requirements Engineering and Management, Verification and Validation, or Engineering Coordination.
• Strong analytical and technical judgment skills, a holistic systems perspective, and a solution- and cost-oriented mindset.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, flexibility in addressing technical challenges, and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and team coordination capability, supported by innovation, decision-making skills, integrity, and professionalism.
