What you will do

• Support the migration of requirements data from IBM Rational DOORS to Siemens Polarion.
• Analyze, define, derive, and maintain system and subsystem requirements in Siemens Polarion, ensuring completeness, consistency, and verifiability while considering cost and effort.
• Coordinate system architectures and technical interfaces, and evaluate and develop design concepts against requirements, risks, costs, schedules, and reuse of existing solutions.
• Manage and oversee development and design activities to ensure compliance with specified system requirements.
• Support System Design Reviews, verification planning, verification documentation, and Verification Control Boards with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare test specifications and support verification, testing, launch, LEOP, In-Orbit Test, change management, deviation processing, and approved design changes.

Requirements

• Master’s, Diploma, or PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience with Siemens Polarion and IBM Rational DOORS, ideally including administrative experience.
• Proven expertise in at least one Systems Engineering discipline, including Mission Analysis, Spacecraft Operations, System Design, System Analysis, Interface Engineering, Requirements Engineering and Management, Verification and Validation, or Engineering Coordination.
• Strong analytical skills, sound technical judgment, and a solution- and cost-oriented mindset.
• Holistic understanding of complex systems.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, flexibility in addressing technical challenges, and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams.
