Platform & Sustainability Expert (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Paris, France, with hiring focused around Paris, London, and Montpellier.

Salary: €50,000–€60,000/year.

hirify.global is a young B Corporation building a sustainability platform for carbon and ESG measurement, reporting, data management, and related customer workflows.

What you will do

• Own or support customer onboarding and implementation projects from planning through handover and adoption.
• Configure hirify.global for sustainability, carbon accounting, reporting, data management, surveys, workflows, and historical data.
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, training, demonstrations, and enablement sessions in English or French.
• Coordinate customers, consulting and reseller partners, Customer Success, Growth, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders while managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Apply sustainability and carbon accounting expertise to reporting requirements, methodologies, regulations, disclosure obligations, data quality, and customer objectives.
• Gather feedback, improve delivery practices and enablement materials, and use AI features with human review, data-quality checks, and professional judgment.

Requirements

• Experience in customer delivery, consulting, project management, sustainability, carbon accounting, SaaS implementation, or a related field.
• Experience independently owning customer-facing projects, workstreams, or relationships.
• Strong knowledge of carbon accounting, sustainability reporting, climate frameworks, and practical sustainability challenges, with experience applying this knowledge in customer, business, or operational contexts.
• Comfort working with digital platforms, data-driven workflows, multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
• Experience facilitating workshops, delivering training, presenting, and recommending practical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working across functions or with external partners.
• Professional fluency in English and French is mandatory for customer meetings, workshops, training, written communication, and difficult conversations.
• Hands-on professional experience using AI tools, with appropriate judgment and human oversight.
• Ownership, reliability, structured working habits, comfort with ambiguity, early risk identification, practical problem-solving, and the ability to handle difficult conversations constructively.
