What you will do

• Develop and position strategic change agendas across major customer accounts, connecting complex business and IT solutions.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams through complex engagements, including design, delivery oversight, and execution.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-level customers and lead C-level interactions, consulting initiatives, and engagement deliverables.
• Drive profitable growth through business development, pipeline conversion, scoping, fee negotiation, revenue targets, margin management, and backlog growth.
• Shape strategic initiatives using industry and technology expertise, while developing thought leadership and external industry influence.
• Foster talent development, continuous learning, innovation, and commercially focused execution across the team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in customer engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
• Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
• Track record of leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector environments.
• Financial acumen, including experience driving revenue growth and managing margins.
• Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with demonstrated innovation, change leadership, and industry presence.
