Oracle EPM Senior Associate Consultant

Location: Paris, France; hybrid workplace with travel of up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams.

What you will do

• Lead client-facing projects or workstreams as a Senior Associate.
• Interact extensively with clients across projects and manage project activities.
• Analyze data and identify meaningful business insights.
• Create compelling, client-ready presentations.
• Develop Analysts and Coachees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to the position, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.
• Multiple successfully delivered end-to-end implementation projects in one or more of Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical-thinking skills.
• Strong analytical skills, functional or technical acumen, and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or internal project teams.
