Compliance Analyst - Marketplace Compliance (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Continental United States.

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support the compliance program through regulatory interpretation, reporting, documentation, and policy maintenance.
• Respond to information requests and inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies.
• Monitor legislation and regulations affecting healthcare services and communicate requirements to internal and external clients.
• Assist with compliance audits, risk assessments, monitoring activities, and resolution of compliance issues.
• Develop and conduct compliance training and coordinate implementation of Compliance Committee policies.
• Support health plans’ relationships with regulatory agencies and act as a company-wide resource on policies, contracts, communications, workflows, and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of related experience in compliance, privacy, and/or regulatory affairs.
• Working knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to compliance, particularly HIPAA and state regulations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or Juris Doctorate; may be considered in lieu of experience.
