Freelance Interview Host (Polish, Thai and Asian Languages)

Location: Remote, Manila, Philippines; operating hours between 03:00–20:00 EST.

Employment: Full-time.

What you will do

• Support internal and external users with technical issues on QualStage and other research platforms.
• Assess user support needs and provide timely troubleshooting assistance.
• Prepare respondents for scheduled interviews, facilitate interview starts, and resolve issues during sessions.
• Support moderator and interpreter training before projects begin.
• Triage issues and communicate them to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team.
• Document technical issues and resolutions, and maintain knowledge of product features and enhancements.

Requirements

• Multilingual capability in at least one of the following: Polish, Thai, or an Asian language.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems and product suites.
• Experience with Safari, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, plus Apple and Android mobile devices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical steps in a friendly and simple manner.
• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and self-discipline skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting customers with qualitative online platforms.
• Previous customer service or call centre experience.
