Data Manager (Clinical Data Management)

Location: Argentina; remote from the start.

What you will do

• Advise clients on Data Handling Guidelines and oversee data correction requests in the hirify.global platform.
• Plan and manage data changes, coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle JIRA tickets for internal implementation of data change requests.
• Oversee clinical data protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements across projects.
• Review Looker reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with study teams and drive improvements in data management processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in clinical data management, or a combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Looker is advantageous.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings and influencing decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with electronic data capture systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as FDA and EMA requirements.
