.NET Technical Lead (Marketing Area)

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of architectural solutions and prototypes with the system architect and development team.
• Build, test, and debug backend and frontend code for the marketing platform.
• Address customer cases and support reliable product operation.
• Monitor and optimize development processes, introducing effective tools, standards, and software engineering practices.
• Align technical direction with product managers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Conduct technical interviews, mentor developers, and support onboarding and professional growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of overall programming experience with a strong focus on .NET.
• At least 3+ years in a technical lead or team lead role, successfully guiding teams.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and KISS, SOLID, and DRY principles.
• Confident knowledge of C# and the modern .NET 6+ platform.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and containerized services.
• Experience with Git or SVN, including branching, merging, and rebasing.
• Experience with unit testing, mocking, NUnit, Mock, and Postman.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English for spoken communication and business writing.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, DOM, and CSS/SASS, including styling a page or component from a UI prototype.
