Are you a legal professional with strong expertise in employment law, international employment models, and a passion for leading legal operations? This could be your next career opportunity!

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Regional Operations with a strong legal background to navigate complex employment matters, advise on different engagement models, and ensure compliance across regional operations.

🔎 What we’re looking for:

▪️ Master’s degree in Law; a specialization in International Law is a plus.
▪️ 3+ years of experience in a leadership role or a similar position.
▪️ English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
▪️ Strong knowledge of employment and labour law.
▪️ Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment agreements, B2B/contractor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and IP-related documentation.
▪️ Practical understanding of B2B, self-employment, individual entrepreneur, and contractor engagement models.
▪️ Experience assessing worker classification and mitigating misclassification risks.
▪️ Knowledge of GDPR and employee data protection requirements.
