Cell Culture Process Development Intern

Location: Vitry-sur-Seine, France. Full-time, 6-month internship starting February 2027.

What you will do

• Design and execute cell culture experiments using laboratory-scale and high-throughput bioreactor systems, including sample collection and analysis.
• Analyze process data, identify relationships between process parameters and performance, and support the definition of operating ranges.
• Improve laboratory processes and experimental protocols and evaluate innovative technologies.
• Conduct literature reviews, gather technical information, and prepare Standard Operating Procedures, study protocols, and technical reports incorporating Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, analytical teams, and manufacturing partners to interpret results and translate them into process recommendations.
• Present experimental results and scientific conclusions and contribute to technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bac+5 in biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, or biochemical engineering.
• Skills in cell culture, bioprocessing, and biological drug manufacturing.
• Fluent English.
• Communication, rigor, and organizational skills.
