hirify.global is a UK banking group expanding its Trust Services through the UK Trust Centre.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with introducers, customers, transactional clients, and third-party stakeholders.
• Support customers through the creation of new trusts and provide guidance on trust matters.
• Complete onboarding for all trust cases within the UK Trust Centre.
• Develop and deliver customer-service activities and communication plans using established systems and procedures.
• Contribute to the expansion of Trust Services through new products and succession planning for Trust Specialists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Trust or Fiduciary Services, or a closely related environment.
• Demonstrable experience managing client or introducer relationships in a regulated setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
• High attention to detail and understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting onboarding processes or case management within financial services.
• Exposure to succession planning, estate planning, or trust structures in a banking environment.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including third-party partners.
