Company

hirify.global’ Mosaic Clinical Technologies is developing MosaicOS™, an AI-native, cloud-native platform that integrates imaging technologies to support radiology teams, clinical capacity, diagnostic quality, and continuity of care.

What you will do

  • Assess incident severity and clinical impact, troubleshoot Mosaic platform components and integrations, contain issues, and resolve incidents using structured diagnostic methods and AI-assisted tools.
  • Participate in major incident response, provide technical updates, identify when additional support is needed, and escalate incidents with context, impact, and recommended next steps.
  • Monitor system health, alerts, and operational dashboards; identify emerging risks and recurring issues; and support shift handoffs.
  • Apply radiology and clinical workflow knowledge to assess patient-care impacts and communicate with clinical, operational, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain incident records, resolutions, and lessons learned; contribute to runbooks, knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and post-incident reviews.
  • Collaborate with response, leadership, engineering, product, and clinical operations teams; maintain shift readiness, participate in on-call rotations, and support evening and overnight coverage with up to 15% travel.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support, incident response, or IT operations within healthcare IT, clinical technology, or complex SaaS environments.
  • Ability to independently triage and resolve complex, time-sensitive technical issues with incomplete information and use sound judgment when standard procedures are insufficient.
  • Working knowledge of radiology or clinical workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Major Incident, and Problem Management frameworks and structured escalation processes.
  • Demonstrated ownership and follow-through, comfort working in 24/7 shift-based or on-call environments, and ability to critically evaluate AI-generated analysis for troubleshooting and resolution decisions.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with PACS, RIS, or similar clinical platforms.

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week, with candidate schedule preferences considered and final assignments based on operational coverage needs.
  • Competitive benefits with eligibility beginning the month after hire, including tiered health and wellness options.
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, 401k benefits, family planning, and telehealth options, subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Compensation reviews and career growth opportunities.
