Senior Manager Cybersecurity

Location: Hybrid in Brussels, Belgium, with work possible from home, the client, or the Brussels office. The position does not provide a work permit.

What you will do

• Develop, manage, deliver, and support cybersecurity client offerings covering strategy, risk, compliance, operations, resilience, training, governance, and policy.
• Support and enhance operational resilience offerings and the Cyber Risk Review SaaS, which quantifies cyber risk through NIST-based attack modeling.
• Develop strategic recommendations, summarize findings, and present results to executive project sponsors.
• Manage projects and relationships with flagship and key accounts, and lead or support business development and proposal efforts.
• Manage internal cybersecurity initiatives, coordinate timely client deliverables, mentor junior team members, and maintain project information repositories.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in a consultancy firm, including cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Knowledge of one or more of Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IP networks, operating systems including Unix/Linux, Windows, and/or macOS, cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, applications such as web servers, databases, and middleware, and cryptography.
• English and Dutch or French communication and presentation skills.
• Fast-learning, communicative, flexible, and entrepreneurial approach.
