Middle DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Operate and continuously improve production-grade GKE clusters on Google Cloud Platform, including availability, security, scaling, networking, IAM, DNS, and cost management.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm and contribute to the migration to Terragrunt.
• Own GitOps-based releases with Argo CD and maintain CI/CD pipelines across GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Build and improve observability and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK.
• Automate operational tasks, improve infrastructure standards and documentation, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Support production incidents and drive postmortems that result in operational improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role.
• Production-grade Google Cloud Platform experience, including GKE, Compute Engine, networking, IAM, DNS, and cost management.
• Deep production Kubernetes experience with networking, ingress, autoscaling, upgrades, and troubleshooting under pressure.
• Strong production Terraform skills.
• Working knowledge of Helm and Docker/containerized workloads.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki/ELK.
• Scripting skills in Bash and/or Python.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and TLS, with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience participating in on-call rotations and handling production incidents with tools such as PagerDuty.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terragrunt.
• Hands-on experience with Argo CD.
• Background in iGaming or other high-load B2B/B2C products.
