Trainee Motion Designer

Location: Ukraine — remote, with no location restrictions

What you will do

• Work with ready-made projects and collections.
• Create advertising creatives based on clearly defined briefs.
• Adapt videos for different platforms and localizations.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of motion design gained through courses, tutorials, personal projects, or practice assignments.
• Familiarity with the basic tools and animation principles in After Effects.
• Understanding of typography, color, and composition fundamentals.
• English at a Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a responsible approach to tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with plugins such as Animation Composer, Motion Tools, and CompositeBrush.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as NanoBanana, Veo 3, and ElevenLabs.
• Basic understanding of scripting and expressions.
