What you will do

• Develop styleframes and storyboards to define creative direction.
• Shape brand aesthetics through motion and maintain consistency across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, animators, editors, and 3D artists to bring concepts to life.
• Work with creatives and marketers to translate ideas into compelling motion visuals.
• Develop storytelling and product experiences with a focus on visual impact.
• Explore new techniques in motion design, branding, and interactive visuals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer with a strong design-first approach and deep expertise in typography, color theory, and composition, demonstrated through impactful and complex projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with 3D workflows and openness to AI-enhanced design tools.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to create beautiful, effective, and brand-consistent motion work.
• Strong conceptual thinking, including ideation, sketching, and motion-based storytelling.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proactive and independent approach, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead motion design projects from start to finish.
